It's well managed and well planned township. Mix residencial and comercial complex. Wide roads, maintained parks and greeneries. High and low rise buildings. Good for seniors to live in.

Hotel cytech is located in these apartments. These are Serviced apartments. It was difficult to locate the property as it constitutes a small number of rooms leased in a residential complex with no signs indicating the hotel properties. No front desk either. There was no wifi and no intercom facility in the room. Room size though was good and room and bath were clean. Tea making kettle was provided but cups were provided only on demand. No glasses, no dustbin inside the room. Half of the lights in the room were not working. In short an average property with almost non existing room service.
Studio and 1 bhk available for rent and purchase.. some of the flats are operated as hotels.. another hotel named Clarks Inn is just 100 meters away..
