Aashiyana Residency - Hostel in Kakkanad - Ernakulam, India

This hostel is the worst I would say. Compared to other pg's and hostels the food they are providing is too good. But the warden there is too bad.... An arrogant and cultureless lady . She always interferes in our personal life and will not give us the freedom which we have as we are paying the rent. They used to treat me as if I am staying there for free. Coming to the rooms I used to stay in a four sharing room. For me the rooms are adjustable for this price. The roomates I had were very bad .The staffs behaviour is also arrogant.But the cleaning staffs over there were very friendly with me. They used to help me with any need or help I wanted.They used to take care of me when I was sick.They were the ones because of which I felt like staying there. Otherwise I would have ran out of the hostel in from the beginning itself. I would highly recommend everyone to not fall in there trap. Look for other pg's or hostels which is worth the amount you pay and can have that freedom which all of you have already. If there was an option to give 0 star rating I would have given 0 star rating for this pg. Never ever go to this hostel .......Save your money...... Save your time

Very good hostel for working women Safe area and full time security. Very spacious rooms , corridor, mess hall and tv room. We can use iron box in the room. Washing machine is available, there is a vast area for washing and keep clothes for drying. Food is very very good. Non-veg and veg foods are available. Worth for money. All food items are very good. We can have as much we wanted. Coffee and tea in the morning and in the evening with coffee and tea cool drinks too. Very good hostel, cleanliness is good . The hotel is very good for working women and students.

Working womens hostel. Every three days rooms and bathrooms are cleaned. Food is ok.

This hostel is located near to CSEZ. Food is good- everything including the snacks is made in their own unit- but the quantity of side dishes given was less. It is better if you take a single room or a two sharing room, as rooms and the attached bathrooms are really too small- you can barely walk inside your room. Staff are friendly. Their curfew starts very late- which is good for working women. Rooms are cleaned every 3 days.

It's a nice hostel compare to other hostel in kochi kakkand.The main advantage is that it locates in a nice place and can easily available all access.Rooms are clean but room'space is small. Food menu is average.

I stayed here in 2017 just for few months. Awesome experience. You won't get this much tasty food that too everydat NV in any other places. Kerala is always the Best. Rooms are spacious and additional spaces outside rooms are fantastic. Too greenish. You will feel refreshed everytime when you go out. Such an environment. Since I stayed in multiple PGs.. I felt only this was the best. Only thing is cleaning is not proper. Not on daily basis. We need to keep the room clean as much as possible. I really liked the food and entire experience was Awesome

Little expensive.. Lunch is not so good.other than lunch,breakfast and dinner are good.. The room & bathroom are really congested. The attitude of the warden is really irritating and arrogant.. Lacking manners. They say they provide wifi during the time of admission. But later we will realise that wifi is there for the whole building, but no strength at all. If we raise any concerns or complaints, the response of the warden is like, it's like this here. Overall experience is not good

A very bad hostel. Coz staff behaviour is very bad. Lady giving food in cafeteria is rude. They use to ran out of food always.. so when we ask why can't u make more they will scream at us. Once I got safety pin from rice. They didn't even bothered when I told.also one day curry was over and they didn't give us any curry. When asked she yelled at us. Also I have lost my dress from terrace also cash from room. No body bothers about these problems. But if they didn't get hostel fees, they will make issue. They need money on time.. but very poor service. Worst I wud say. Also cats will be walking in the hostel always.
