Overall a very bad experience with this agency, I come from a place where you get your cylinders within 2 days after your booking is complete. So far I have booked for two times from this agency, the last time also they delivered the gas after 3-4 days, this time also the same issue, booked the gas 3 days ago but no response yet. Can't wait to disconnect the service from their agency.

I took new connection from this agency as I stay near by area Thanisandra Main road. From the day 1 I took connection it's a kind of torture,as a consumer I personally feel very bad and sad. By name sake we have their contacts but no phone is answerable and even luckily if they answer we don't get proper reply. It's very pathetic service. The main concern for me is all the time whenever the delivery boy Mr.Wajid come he demand like anything and some time threatening. Says like every one has to give 50/- for the delivery if are not ready to pay then you would told at the first I don't come to deliver your refill. He says like anything and demands in high volume of his voice. No delivery boy should demand and it's our respect/as per their request consumer may pay anything happily and delivery boy has to accept instead of demanding. As a consumer we should not pay any single rupee for the delivery( within the limits only) but he always demands. If we try to contact Ashishu Agency no one is ready solve this problem. I am keep on facing every time for my refill booking. Any suggestions whom I can contact as next level or how to approach consumer court ?

This Gas Agency NEVER delivers your cylinder on time. It takes more than a week from your booking for them to deliver it on their own unless you complain and escalate it in the portal each time. The delivery personal will demand his minimum delivery charge of nothing less than 40, this apart from already paying the delivery charges as part of your Gas booking and the delivery being extremely late. Very casual attitude towards their responsibilities and extremely lax in their jobs.

One of the worst gas cylinder providers I've come across till date. They always deliver cylinder late and this time around booking was done on 9th October and till today (15 days later) no delivery has been made. Trying to call the agency is useless as they never pick up the call. IndaneOil is pretty useless here too as raising a complaint against this via their app gets no redressal and the complaint ticket gets automatically closed after couple of days. And calling their customer service is a hassle where calls gets cut and multiple times they need to be called. The delivery personnel who delivers the cylinder is very rude and always demands additional delivery charges when there is clear policy against such practices. If there is an option to choose another agency while booking the cylinder my advice would be to try that option.

Worst agency they take 1month to dilevery the cylinder after Invoice is generated theyer dilivery distributior is worst they don't pick the call and from past 1 year I'm completing to agency they don't bother .

Worst experience every time you need to call them and expect delivery in 2 weeks where as it should be in 1-2 days. No commitment, simply putting consumers on hold. Pathetic service. They recently improved their service a lot and deliver cylinder on time, well done!Hence i am changing my rating to 5 from 1. But need to maintain consistency which I believe they will.

Really pathetic service from the staff and also from the gas delivery people. They deliver you the cylinder after a week and if we call the office, the lady name ramya is fit for nothing. Always telling it will get delivered soon, but nothing gets delivered. It needs better suppliers and a change in management is a must.

Branch office staff are very polite, but field staff above them are not cooperative, it's why auto cancellations of the booked gas refill Anyhow a customer is to kneel down, because the fear of future services from them (field staff).
