i had an unforgettable and excellent experience during our trip to Kashmir. Wasim bhai and aashish tour and travels ensured that our trip was comfortable. They have an experienced drivers and clean cars. The behaviour of staffs are very professional and good towards the client. Wasim bhai our driver, was on time to receive/pickup/drop us. He made sure that we are well informed about the places we visited He helped us in shopping and sightseeing. Aashish bhai was in constant touch with us to ensure that we are doing well. We had a comfortable and travel throughout the 7 days we were in Kashmir. We would thankful for making the trip memorable. The best travel agent I could have got in Srinagar. The services provided were at their best. Moreover, the way he talks and is always ready for any help is like a family. Basit bhai (our driver) is such a sweet person. Never hurried at any place, never said that time was getting late and we had to go. He was ready at any time of the day. Special Mention - I sent my Mom Dad for their marriage anniversary and wanted a cake to be delivered to them. As soon as I mentioned this to Hamid Bhai (owner of Aashish Travels) took it as if they were his parents and made their evening very memorable. Won't ever forget such a sweet gesture from him. I was always skeptical to pay in advance the whole money, which they wanted. Looking at the reviews(seems like paid or from friends and relatives) we paid the whole amount on day one. But did not get the services as expected. They should have been more proactive in making our journey smooth , but because of them not informing us in advance we had to wait at Sonmarg for 3 hours in cold weather and rain. It was a basic expectation from your operator to know when passes will open for traffic. Anyways we managed to pass after quite a hassle. In this trip drivers knew the places but looked like, instead of we going and asking that we want to go somewhere, we were being directed by the drivers, where and when they would like to drive. Airport pickup to airport drop was just a statement. And for basic 10-15 km drive on a day where our hotel was not at walkable distance from markets and restaurants, they denied the service and we had to again book separate local taxis and pay from our pocket. Very average experience ....

Unprofessional services... We had booked two Innova Crysta for 14 days for our trip to Kashmir and Ladakh. Overall experience with Ashish tour and travel was very average and I wont recommend this to anyone. We had booked airport to airport services, but drivers/operator simply denied services for one day(local market) stating it wasn't in our itinerary. Last day car was downgraded from Crysta to old Innova. Drivers denied evening (8 pm) pick and drop with some excuses and we had to hire local taxi and skip hall of fame evening show. Operator made us pay 100% on day 1. Overall not so pleasant experience.
