Dr. Rana is a good doctor, very polite and positive (5 stars for him) but the staff is not polite enough to understand how to behave and kept us waiting for 2 long hours after issuing an incorrect certificate and Ms. Gurmeet who works as a receptionist at the clinic was very rude and unprofessional in her approach. I highly recommend Dr. Rana but the staff needs to be taught how to handle patients and thus 1 star.
