My aunty was a case of suspected ca endometrium. Dr kamat suggested a pet scan, and on positive findings, operated her. In five days my aunty was rid of the disease from her body. Dr kamat was very warm, jovial, friendly. The environment in the hospital was very friendly. He treated it like a normal disease.. that is his greatness, to be able to downplay.. to alleviate the fear of the patient.. in dealing with this grim disease, I saw a great doctor..great
Very knowledgeable and Highly skilled doctors, precise diagnosis, never recommends unnecessarily diagnostic evaluation. Excellent staff, attentive and caring approach. Overall homely environment, everyone is at comfort, it makes patient and relatives free from anxiety.
Dr.Satish Kamat WILL GET YOUR RELATIVE KILLED. His way too casual approach towards cancer management took away my Dad within 3 months of treatment. Within a couple of months of treatment his health started deteriorating but when we went to him for check up, he didn't even pay any attention to the problems and dismissed every symptom saying it's just side effects(he just touches your stomach and says the cancer has reduced),whereas he had severe infection which he didn't even bother to see Later he succumbed to sepsis and not cancer. Think twice before consulting.
Hospital is very good and well equipped. All the staff members are very friendly and helping. Dr. Kamat is good and experienced. I would highly recommend this hospital.
