Doctors are the Best but the reception staff are very rude to the patients. The don't know how to behave. The reputation of the clinic will go down if these staff behave like this.

A wonderful experience . But time management is very poor , taking too long per person.

As mentioned by other people, the clinic has been extremely disappointing. The reception people are very rude and disrespectful to the patients. Even if you take appointment you will have to wait for more than 2 hrs for your turn as they prefer to call other recomended people to see the doctor first. The medicines prescribed has not shown any good results as of now for my skin allergy. Extremely disappointing..hope they will do something for better service .

The best clinic so far in kollam ,Dr biji explains the problem in detail so that everyone can understand the issue . For me it's the best clinic so far and the staffs was also good with me ,ignore the negative comments about the staff and reception it's all about the doctor and the results.

Very bad experience from the staff in the hospital. I went to the hospital directly to make the appointment and they told me to come at 5 p.m. and I met the doctor as the last patient on that day at almost 8.30 pm it's very bad that the staff didn't give any value to the patient time or their difficulties it's better to replace them for the goodwill of hospital. I think you have much better options than this hospital in Kollam city, especially because of the behaviour of the staff. better to go to other hospitals than here.

The treatment for skin is effective and the explanation is provided in detail by Dr Biji Prasad. However, the main problem is the management of the appointments. There is literally no point taking an appointment here. You will end up waiting for hours at times and your time is given no value. This seriously needs to be better managed.

They ask the patients to come around 930 and we had to wait till noon. I wonder why they cant schedule time slots for bookings. They prescribed a basket full of oral medicines and creams for my skin allergy and it wasnt cured. 2 weeks later i went to Dr. Vijayaraghavan and just one tablet and lotion for 3 days cured me.

Very bad experience from staffs (reception ) they dnt give any value for the time of patients and behaving like free service. I think the administration side is very poor
