Staff can speak some English. Room was quite at night and cleaned well. Food ordered was excellent and a great variety. Breakfast buffet is not available until 8am and isn't great but, it's included with the room cost. Bar on the top floor is nice but the music is too loud for me. This is really a luxury hotel compared to what else is available nearby.

Baby corn Manchurian is Definitely fried day before as it was Rockiesh. They just tossed it with some spice and source and gave. 1. Chicken nuggets was good 2. They don't have Dum Biriyani. Instead They mix white rice in gravy and serve as biriyani. Not good taste. 3. Raitha given for biriyani was sour and curd is spoilt. I called the waiter and asked him to give to the chef. After I complain, They gave me plain curd which is again the same. 4. There were several flies around which they don't other about. We were half done as we could not finish the full food. I hope the owner reads this and take some measure to correct.
The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful.and rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. Then the location was perfect alsi close to the city centre and attraction and The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. And the top floor goldwings pub was very very incredible existing because of ther peaceful place,ambiance cleaning.after i visited this place i had a very good love with this place. No Limits service is very bad the staff MR.SANJAY BOUNCER is rigid that we can't even choose our own seat where we could be comfortable and they are open to fight for the same. Wrong information was given over the call abput the cover charges they informed over the call that it will be free if we arrive before 8:30 and when we reached at 8 they changed there sentence and blamed it to some staff. Even after all this food taste was not good. And I was forced to give them Service charge because they said they don't follow the Law. Npw comes to EazyDiner these guys are completely fraud when I asked about the offer numerous times they said 50% is applicable for the drink section except for bottles, pitcher, tower, buckets and other combo offers. I explicitly asked whether the particular sections will be under this offer or not like all vodka pegs, cocktails, Flammers they said YES it is under the offer and when we arrived at the restaurant the staff denied and then I called this eazydiner customer care they said no staff guy is correct. I asked him just let me know where it is written that we will be having chlice in Vodka where it is written the offer is not valid on Flammers as you mentioned for other exceptions, but no one was listening. It was very bad experience I'll suggest everyone please don't use this app, as they are doing fraud to us
The most worst UNPROFESSIONAL They have the worse bouncers Mr. SANJAY and rudest barmen. Last night my friend and I were dancing and then he wanted to sit since he was tired. He slept over on the couch for couple of minutes and 3 bouncers kicked him out as he was harassing people. I tried to convince that he just passed out and he is actually not even drunk. They were rude as hell. As for their barman, they could not handle withdraw money from my card and when I asked why, they have started yelling at me
Biggest problem is of pub located on top floor. The music will be on till 10:30 PM and rooms are not sound proof. With music beats the window panes also vibrate.
