I generally stay in 5 stars and quite appreciative of luxury. But this hotel didn't disappoint at all. Rooms were small yet emmaculate. Staff specifically was super nice. I had an 8 days of stay and can say very confidently that i won't mind staying here again. The bell boys were little forgetful but always willing to help. Always on their toes.
A complete example of chaddar palti hotel. You can c small age girls roaming in the hotel lobby. Reception person is least interested in what customer is facing, rather that person is interested in staring at girls. Very bad experience. Please change that reception guy....tharki
Simply superb, Excellent service. Staff is very good, helpful and trust worthy as well, especially Nitesh, is very nice and very very helpful. We can bank on him, you just need to tell him and you'll get the service in minutes. Overall we enjoyed our stay every time we visit Mumbai

Superb service and hassle free check-in and check out. Can order food from Swiggy/Zomato and even have alcohol in your room. Nicely cleaned and comfortable rooms. Food served is also tasteful. I enjoy my stay everytime I go there.
