Had a horrible experience from staff as well as doctor Don't visit this dermatologist and save your money. Hospitality is poor from them . Not friendly and sustainable dr Arthi is very much attitude and money minded Not understanding the people problem and giving solution on her Benefits to earn more and more .

I had visited Dr for laser hair removal but when I asked her tell me about the procedure of laser removal she just said ask the front desk person n she didn't even replied so attitude n the front desk person also didn't give me detailed description she just said it's permanent hair removal n I just wanted to remove unwanted hair so I went for it n it will take 6 sessions n the cost is 9500 per session for face hair removal but after paying the total amount when I went for laser Dr assistant shaved my face applied gel n then Dr came for laser n it just took less then 5 mins for full face how is it possible face has so many minute hairs n Dr moved the machine in only few areas on my face in 2 nd session my hair started growing within 3 rd day n I asked the assistant that 3 days before I did laser n my hair started growing n she is saying later that every year once you have to come for maintenance hair will be thinner but it will grow so they just loot money after paying the full amount they reply like this n don't give proper treatment so ladies plz don't make my kind of mistake n don't go for laser hair removal it's waste of money laser is not permanent hair removal

really had worst service after paying 800 Rs consultation, doctor behaves in a arrogant manner she is not ready to answer the clarification asked simply curtails with a smart unwarranted move that r i am doctor r u. is this the way doctor behaves arrogant to the core in speech and misguiding the patients to throw all customs and culture and keeps focus by telling them thrown family relationship and really painful tactics which she follows simply calling again and again without giving solution only for the purpose of fees so pls do understand... so painful... so vexed.. so panic due to her behaviour.. govt hospital is far better than this

Worst Service ever. Dr.Aarthi intention is only to get money from the patients and not to cure their disease or issue. Please don't waste your time and money to this lady. Worst ever experience, I've been in her dandruff hair treatment for 2 years and there are no positive results in the curing process but there is a positive result in increasing her fees, medicine expenses and lots of other fees. She is just a person who targets money. I humbly request anyone who is wasting money by getting treatment from her or planning to visit her, please just run away from this clinic. Her consultation fee is Rs.900 and above, is this a joke or something? she is not giving us treatment, she is looting our purses! She looted alot from me so atleast the one who gets the chance to read this, Be aware!

Aarthi Skin Care Clinic is really awesome for all types of skin treatment and laser hair loss treatment. Especially their doctor and all the staff are very good.

Dr. Aarthi has been very kind and polite in explaining the details of the treatment to my niece. She also did counseling on which would be the best option for her case with adequate info so even a layman can understand. Kudos to her service
