It has been a wonderful experience for me. I really want to thank the efforts and assistance of all masters throughout the classes , they are very professional, well experienced and have deep knowledge about yoga,and other health therapies like neuro,acupressure,massage,diet ayurvedic etc.I have learnt a lot about advanced yoga poses, alignment, how to enter into a pose using various techniques,health tips etc.I had a long time digestion and gastric issue.but after join @arogyam health and education center,I have received guidance and types of therapies,kriyas,mud bath,mitti lapen etc from masters. After visiting doctors all over the world, I have found relief by coming here. Now I do not have any stomach related problem. I had some headache and forgetfulness problem, that too is gone.
