Badminton court lighting is slight issue at the side line areas. It's glaring. Ventilation is another issue. Too much sultry in the morning in the middle of August

Aarkha- one of the best Fitness studio near Madipakam and Velachery. It's a very large gym along with swimming pool and badminton court. Staff are very kind and well trained gym trainers. They will take our body measurements and based on our measurements they will provide the workout charts along with diet chart. Recommending people who looking for gym near Madipakam and Velachery surroundings.

As a member of Aarkha Sports and Fitness I have been nothing but impressed with the gym. It is one of the cleanest and well-maintained gyms I have ever been to, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The gym has a wide range of equipment to choose from, including treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, weight machines, and free weights. There is also a swimming pool, badminton courts, and a group fitness studio. I especially appreciate the variety of group fitness classes offered, as it helps me to stay motivated and challenged.

Swimming coaching for the beginners is like hit or miss. There is no personal attention. Lady coach who was there before didn't teach anything for my kid and total waste of money. Thank god she left the job..Water is damn cold and difficult for beginners. Male coach is very talented but he is training for competition goers only. When we pay for learning they should make sure we learn at least to float. It didn't happen. For ur reply: I have reported it to front desk atleast five times, no action was taken. So dont tell you could have informed n all.. Since its indoor, water is ice cold n you are saying come on summer. There are methods to heat the pool n you know very well. Dont give lame answers.
