We visited Aare Falls during weekend. It is better to reach early since it gets crowded after a while. Entry ticket Costs Rs. 50 each and life jackets are provided at Rs. 100 each.
Timing 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
It is safe to swim with life jackets, and guards will be near to save in case emergency.
Water is clear and clean. You can swim along with the fish that nibs at your feet and tickles. The hike refreshes your mind and it is perfect for escaping all the hustle and busle of the city, work and life. It gives a peace of mind and takes you to enjoy paradise.

Good place to go with our friends on weekends. From parking to Falls 3.5km we have to go by walk. It's a nice trekking... We didn't get any network for Airtel and Jio. October month climate is good.. It's not falls.. It's a cascade with little pond
If you know swimming you can enjoy a lot. All safety measurements available, if you have courage also you can enjoy.
Weekdays any time but weekend you should be there in 9.00 am sharp, else you will miss enjoyment in overcrowded, you can't get place for stand at least.

You have to Trek for 30 to 45 mins . You can carry your own food . Adult 50rs entry per person . Parking charges . 1st falls only allowed. While trekking you can see small ponds of the falls . Mostly will be crowded in afternoon. As soon as you go early you can enjoy privately.
If you're planning for a one day trip near Chennai. This spot is perfect for hanging with friends it will take around 93 km from Porur, Chennai. It's really a good and memorable experience. Decent trekking trail with stream running besides you all the way to the falls.
If you are planning then go.plan early before 9 am on weekends on weekdays its mostly lonely.
There are no restrooms, no change rooms available.

2 days before i visited aare falls it's such a mesmerized worth to explore travel persons add on 3 packages in Aare falls i experienced in bike travel Velachery to Aare falls approximately 4 hrs and trekking 1 hr when we reached a point around 5 hrs
I m out from my home near 6 clock with my friends we will meet at a point madhavaram bus terminal place after reached a place uthukottai route towards short to periyapalayam route way uthukottai to Aare falls near 1 hr take short route way to go easy way uthukottai to Aare falls route such a nature treat ever among road ways to both sides visual treat experience once we reached a bike parking point bike parking ticket 50 rs and entry fees 50 rs 4 km near trekking experience such a mind blowing one dark forest and side of water ways rocks great experience still i m thinking how i enjoyed a way... 2 waterfalls are there 1st waterfall only allowed and 2nd waterfall little risky area they are not allowed. Go with set of people's get good experience and be safe it's safe place right but always keep check and everything around guys take cash amount to tickets once entered a nagalampur signal not working frequently once you started a trekking signal almost lost waterfall timing 9.00 am to 3.00 pm there is an option for dress change temporary room for my suggestion for girls don't trust anyother place to change a dress if you want to enjoy water please be enjoy and after you started a trekking it's almost dry your clothes be enjoy guys it's really worth place to explore

Awesome place for swimmers and divers. Preferred only for good swimmers, the depth is very high nearly 20-30 ft its better for beginners to with safety guards. Trekkers should be adaptable to all the insects and snakes in water :) . Lovely place to e
