Pleasant, peaceful and full of greenery well maintained Resort, very near to Kolkata city. Fresh organic green vegetables,fish from ponds around and deshi Chicken...Wow delicious. Well behaved staff and beautifully managed by Mrs Sarbani Mam (partner proprietor) .We really enjoyed our stay very recently on August 23. People who love their own family and find some quality time, please do visit.
A truly relaxing vacation amidst nature. The hosts and helpers were kind and courteous to such an extent that I felt I was part of a family. The food was delicious and fresh from the farm. I would like to come here again and again, simply overwhelmed... thank you Aranyak.
The environment here is very nice. Behavior of staff is very nice.. Food quality is very very good..definitely good place for 1 day 2 day tour... Very very eco friendly atmosphere.. I love this place..
Excellent place and experience. Mrs Biswas and her team is an amazing host. It is a home away from home. it's soothing for your eyes with lots of greeneries around. Every place has got it's own positive and negative, but this place you get only positves : Staying: Very nice. Food : Awesome For non vegies : Fresh fish from their own pond i.e. rohu/ katla/ Tiger Prawn. Chicken from their own farming, poultry or be it duck eggs ...everything from the farm.. Vegetables From their own farm.. For Vegies : Mouth watering fresh vegetables from their own farm.. Kids area - you can call it a Kids and adult play area as u yourself can slide as well as enjoy the swing. Fishing : U can do fishing here. Ambience : Superb. Flowers : Name a plant which is not there. In one sentence : Its a place to be or else you are going to miss a royal treat.
I would call it as: 'AN EXOTIC ECO RESORT - Aarannyak'. Everything at Aarannyak is beautiful. The Resort, the people working there for guests and over and above Aarannyak's owner Mr. and Mrs. Biswas, their hospitality is highly commendable. AARANNYAK gives you homely Care, Love and Respect and with that delicious and carefully cooked 'FOOD' from their own farm product. It's all from nature. Thank you AARANNYAK.
One of the best eco resort in howrah where we can enjoy the nature, engage in farming and other eco activities
This farm cum resort is located in the town of Bagnan, West Bengal about 60kms of Kolkata. They have a few rooms which are built in the farm. Their farm grows varieties of vegetables, fruits and flowers. They have ponds which rears lobsters and other fishes. Additionally they have a small poultry and animal farm. The road to this resort is narrow allowing only 1 car.
It was a beautiful experience. The resort gives you the 'Pather Panchali' feel. They have named the rooms according to the characters of the novel. The place gives you that homely feeling. The food was quite tasty. The owners and the staffs are very hospitable. We loved the place and would love to visit again and again. Highly recommended...
