I was staying in EF1-401 for 1.5 years. Rent was increased by 2000 just after 1 year. Owner of my flat (Sesha Reddy and his son Srikanth Reddy) they were very polite when we took the flat but when we were leaving, they showed their true colors. Did not pay back a single rupee from my advance payment. Added unnecessary charges when I left the house. They also asked me to pay rent of the final month when I was leaving. However i did not pay them, as I already paid advance. If you are planning to take this flat for rent, be prepared for the consequences.
Because of plantation and few trees in this locality it is better but the township mgmt is pathetic and least bothered about people living here ,rather mgmt is busy in getting creative ideas in order to increase either rent or maintenance fee every now and then.No security in township even though whole day/night security guards are there.mgmt must listen and then act in welfare of the people living in this township.Evem the buildings have dampness ,leakages and old cracks which can be hazardous to the people living here.
Residential flats area with good location to reach Gachibowli, Chandanagar, BHEL, Tellapur, Patancheru.. Nanakramguda, University of Hyderabad(HCU) etc...
A peaceful environment to live; smaller portions though. 1 bhk and 2 bhk available. Cost of living is within the budget. Houses are old of age.
Worst place in Hyderabad and chandanagar to stay. Full of politics and no one cares if any thing wrong. This is a gated community with jail gates
It's a bit scary place where people live with fear only the township is far better but the surroundings are not good.
Don't ever think of taking a flat for rent in this township, incase if you come then you will witness one of the worst association admin people. believe me there are lifts which are not working from long time and association admin people are not bothered to get them repaired. They are very biased towards money and never bothered about township residents problems. I would suggest you that think twice before coming here for rent. thank you
Peaceful with much open place with kids play ground...but the thing is not good in developing and maintaining parks, kids play areas and others, hope someone will take a lead and fulfill residents needs..
Its a semi gated community and perfect place for residential in Lingampally. There are lots of food courts near by. The colony is full of greenery and there is a small park for kids to play. One of the best place to live now Hyderabad.
