The vehicle was so comfortable,the driver was so much Frank that we didn't face any problem while talking to him,the food service was so nice, tasty and healthy . Pathetic experience. WORST SERVICE. We MISSED our toy train because of our driver. The driver was very RUDE and lacked basic manners when speaking. Even the organizer who assigned us that driver did not listen to us, despite our numerous requests for a driver change. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. I overlooked the negative feedback, but many others have had similar experiences like mine.

It was a very nice tour with aradhya family and all services mad us feel luxury the car they provided was very comfortable and driver was also polite the hotel services was so good which made our whole tour fully comfortable

We have enjoyed a lot. Kamal the tour coordinator has done excellent job and execution. Without his support it can be possible. Those people are want to go with Senior Citizen as per my experience North Bengal Tourism is the correct choice...
Excellent arrangement was provided by the Triprising. Hotels were very good. Driver was informative and on time everytime. Recommendation given by the travel agent was very good and helpful.

Full furnished place with day to day cleaning facilities and the food is good and the environment is free and no one disturbs you for no reason. Wifi is also available and everything in all is great.
