**Warning: Aara amudhu Restaurant - A Disastrous Dining Experience** Scary Lift Experience - Must Read Review Before You Decide To Visit This Poorly Managed Restaurant. My recent experience at Aara amudhu Restaurant, situated on the rooftop of their hotel, was nothing short of horrendous. The food served was stale and unpalatable, the staff was unresponsive and dismissive, and to top it all off, we were trapped in a malfunctioning lift for ten agonizing minutes. Our group, consisting of my 8 months pregnant wife, my 4-year-old son, my two sisters-in-law with their two kids (aged 2 and 11 months), my brother-in-laws, my mother-in-law, and my father-in-law, had decided to try out this restaurant for a family meal. We ordered Pepper Barbeque chicken, but were informed that it was unavailable and were instead served alfham chicken. The chicken was dry, tasteless, and appeared to be old. The raita that accompanied the meal was equally unappealing, with a sour and unpleasant taste. The service at Aara amudhu was equally disappointing. Our food arrived late, and when we raised our concerns regarding the quality of the meal, the staff was dismissive and unresponsive. They failed to address our grievances or offer any form of compensation. To make matters worse, as we were leaving the restaurant, we decided to take the lift to the ground floor. However, the lift became stuck between floors, leaving us trapped inside for ten minutes. The confined space and the lack of air conditioning caused panic among our family members, especially the children and my pregnant wife. After making loud noises to alert someone, a staff member from the ground floor eventually managed to open the lift manually. Upon our release, we confronted the hotel management about the incident, but they refused to accept responsibility and instead blamed us for the situation. The overall experience at Aara amudhu was a complete disaster. The poor quality of food, the unresponsive staff, and the terrifying lift incident have left us traumatized and utterly disappointed. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment, as it poses a significant risk to the safety and well-being of its guests. The hotel management's lack of concern and their refusal to apologize for the incident are unacceptable. They have demonstrated a blatant disregard for the safety and well-being of their customers. I hope that this review will serve as a warning to others, preventing them from experiencing the same ordeal that we did.

One of the best thing in this restaurant is roof top dining. Only hotel in Nagercoil with buffet dining concept It's more value for your save more money.... Taste more food .... Herbal dosa and siruthaniya dosa must try food Also ordered dryfruit milkshake, it was really wonderful, mouthwatering Lot of parking space available for both two wheelers and four wheelers

The atmosphere is good the view from the hotel is awesome can see Nagercoil in a high stand view and the service was good Food is ok its an average taste

Not extraordinary but normal taste. First thing hard to find the restaurant. Taste is average and price is little pricey. I think it's new restaurant and need more active waiters for this restaurant.

Wonderful restaurant ever I visit in nagercoil quality of food amazing and their service was cool and polite all the best aaraa amuthu.

Worst dining experience! I have brought my guests for lunch here and am totally disappointed! The staff have no clue about their work... very pathetic service. The food served by them was very much below average! We went as a big team but not even one dedicated server was available for the call. Although all tables were empty! It's a total disaster and we wasted our day. The food quality and taste were far below average!

Very worst behavior of the servant (esecially Old Man irritating) . Basic things also not served properly. In the menu card they are having plenty of items but in out of stock. The people who working here are well trained in irritating us. In the hotel all the tables are free, but the order was came after 45 minutes when asking that they are telling cooking person is new and the stow was very busy. If anybody goes with family or friends around 6 people, They will very struggle to manage them. Confirmly we will not come out with the good sense. The oothaapam Comedy done here.

I took my friends on our wedding anniversary. It was a perfect spolier. The very purpose of a buffet is to serve hot food but food was chill .The food tasted average. Food is served in spoons but not in ladle.Servings were not generous. Items are not refilled though the tables were full. The price is Rs.300 for a plate ... The management could revise the price and offer better service. Worst experience. Dint have the feeling of having a pleasant dining. Thumbs down. I felt like having cheated and disappointed my guests.
