I recently had the pleasure of joining AANANTHA YOGA. Yoga gives high positive energy and vibration, which makes a great experience to start my day. They offer flexible timing for practitioner, which is something I really like about this class. It is an ideal place to practice yoga. The ambience is really nice My trainer (Gowtham sir) is very professional, well experienced and have deep knowledge about yoga and his way of teaching is excellent. He is very kind, helpful and motivating. I'm beyond happy to had the possibility to attend this class. It is really good for your mind, soul and body. Besides, it is really fun!!

Wow, it's been a whole year since I started my yoga journey at this place, and let me tell you, it's been an absolute game-changer! My body's way more flexible than it used to be, and I've seen a real improvement in my mobility. All thanks to the fantastic Mr. Gowtham, our coach. He's not just a great instructor but also a super friendly guy who's always there to motivate us. He even makes sure we know the names of all those poses and demonstrates them. The studio is awesome, with tons of natural light, fresh air, and a super chill vibe. The 50 minutes of solid workout, followed by 8 minutes of Savasana(Completebody relaxation)- sets me up for a fantastic day. Plus, the fact that every day brings a new routine keeps things interesting. Love it!

Excellent yoga centre. Nice/comfortable communicate between customers and Yoga master Gautam. Good experience nice to workout on daily an hour. Well improvement I can feel my health and recovery from back pain also. Thanks for your organisation Gautam.

This is a great place to learn yoga. I have seen a lot of changes in my flexibility. The classes are always on time, place is well maintained, has calm ambience. Instructor (Gowtham) is more friendly and good at teaching multiple yoga postures with varying levels of complexity. In term of recreational and health perspective, I would highly recommend this to everyone

One of the best places to learn and practise yoga!! They offer both direct and online classes. One gets to learn asanas, kriyas, breathing exercises and meditation. The instructors are kind and motivate/help people to perform better. Glad to be a part of it. Highly recommended!!

Right place to learn Yoga. Good Environment. Trainer pays attention to each everyone. He teaches every individual keeping their health issues in mind.
