It was great to join Anantha Yoga and practicing yoga every day has become part of my routine. I work in IT company where I use to sit for long hours and was suffered with anxiety. After joining yogo I start realizing the gradual improvement in stamina and building inner strength. The way the yogo was trained here is amazing and the course was designed to practice in systematic manner which really gives importance to each muscle in our body. Breath practicing and loosening body activity at the beginning of everyday yoga class helps to keep body flexible and burn energy to do yogo poses easily. My sincere thanks to Siju Mam and Murugan Sir. Finally, I want to say the fresh vegetables are getting served every day after yoga classes are good for health and I really enjoy eating raw.

After moving from Bangalore to Chennai, we were in search of and reviewing many Yoga Teacher / Yoga Centre(s), not only around Mugalivakkam / Porur but also in Chennai for better wellness in health, mind and body. It is almost 1.5 years now since we had been associated with this Yoga Centre. Honestly, "no regrets". Best yoga coaching are given here. Teachers are very polite and giving individual care to all the students equally. Siji Mam's diet chart is very helpful. Best guidelines are given for health and well being.

It had been a wonderful experience for me at Aanantha Yoga Meditation centre. The way mam explains about each and every yoga posture and it's benefits helps me to understand and practice yoga effectively in my daily life. She is a marvelous teacher, a great human being and a down to earth person. Her advise on life and food leads us to the path of spirituality. Its been 3 months since i joined the course, it helped me to lose weight, my constipation and acidity problems are totally gone! I had also visited mam's hair treatment centre, the texture of my hair showed great improvement. In today's life people expect quick result in everything. I joined ANANDTHA YOGA in the month of june2023 and I was regular and consistent in yoga .Within one month time I was able to see much difference in my fitness and relaxation in mind. I also lost my unwanted cholesterol and lost weight by 4 kg. Thank you Siji mam and sarala mam.

I am so happy, I found this center. The sessions are intensive and gives a feeling of offloading many kgs out of my body; toxins being removed. I completed 4 weeks today and never missed a single session. Folks at my office were surprised to see changes and asked me if I joined gym / going for running. The way the classes are structured is very good. 5 days of flexibility, yoga, breathing, etc,. and meditation on saturday morning. My son and my wife wants to join and they are preparing themselves with respect to timings, etc. . Thanks to Shiji mam for taking me along in the journey.
