I've been practicing yoga with deepak sir for a while and I can definitely observe noticeable differences in my body - I've gained so much flexibility and strength! Absolutely loved every class and the space is beautiful and great energy.I feel so stretched and exhausted in a postive way. Deepak sir is genuinely a patient and down to earth person.He is one of the best yoga teacher that i found. His knowledge about yoga is unmatched due to which it is always a joy to attend the yoga sessions.I have finally found an exercise routine that is not monotonous. Would highly recommend it.

Hands down the best yoga in the city.I have been to plethora of Yoga instructors but he is one of a kind rare yoga instructor with amazing energy. Gentle and firm, friendly and professional, precise and flexible. Every moment throughout my session I met with peace and tranquility. He embodies the teacher we would like to encounter, in all venues of life. I've never felt stronger, more in-tuned with my mind and body or as centered. I absolutely encourage you to book a session!
