The owner can improve on good food availability, cleanliness and hygiene. Rooms were ok. Location is good. Owner can try to organize a kitchen to provide food . Rishadh was very helpful and provided good service - does his best to keep the guests happy. Owner can provide more staff to assist Rishadh .
Rooms are ok. 3 people can easily fit in 1 room
But there was issues with air conditioning (when we bought this issue to there notice we were given another room which had perfect AC) and also the cleanliness around the pool is not satisfying
One pool was totally a mess with green water and frogs
This may be due to less number of guests due to covid restrictions.
When I wend there, the front view was good. But back side where the pool and lawn is present it wasn't pretty. Also so waste water was seeping into the lawn
But with Friends you can totally enjoy the stay and get a nice vibe, with beach at a walking distance.
Visited dec17 2021.Nice experience here . tasty food and staff were very co operative and helping. Pool experience is amazing ,24 hours,and well maintained. Good Rooms.. can accommodate 4 adults.Overall a great experience here for a family trip...
Basic facilities are not there. Even milk not available. Food is outsourced and the quality is poor. Rooms are dark . Complimentary breakfast is pathetic for the price paid . Only location and lake view is good. Cleanliness is poor. Dustbins are dirty . Very bad service.

Lighting in room is not enough,stray dogs may interrupt you as its beach side.
Everything else deserves a 5 star.
One of the best resorts at Cherai.. Staffs were friendly and had a really positive experience on our stay there. Pool is open 24hrs and there is no restriction. They have genuine staffs as I once lost my belonging, and upon enquiry, they foud and kept it safe. Weekend's are usually full. If I had to book a resort in the near future at cherai, they'll be the first ones I'd call!
Stay was nice. Good staff. We took the sea facing room. I didn't like the food very much.
My last day in Kerala, too bad I didn't have chance to feel any treatment here. All the staffs very friendly, they have 24h Ayurvedic Doctors. I got food poisoning before I came here and they gave me ayurvevedic pills to stop my diarrhea. They offered me meals in the room as I didn't feel well and just bed rest. Doctor Evelyn came to my room to check my condition and the cheft make sure that I will eat while I saw him in the park.

The best food that you can get while in Cherai..! Authentic sea food and all homemade..! Direct from kitchen to your table..! The resort too is neat, comfortable and reasonable.. best place to have sip of tea sitting near the sea.. highly recommended
