Amble field is very beautiful. Morning before 9 am and evening after 4 pm is the best time to visit. Here you can take a boat ride through the fields. For that they charge 500 for 5 people. It is enough to pay 300 for the price. We can also buy Ambal flower and seeds
An excellent morning drive from Kochi to Kottayam. Reach there just before sunrise for the best lighting. A lot of wedding videos are shot in this stretch which can be both annoying and amusing at the same time. Although newspapers say that the lily bloom is till February end, most of the flowers have wilted and some destroyed in the process of making wedding videos. A boat ride of around 15 minutes costs Rs50. People here are pretty friendly and approachable. The water from the field was pumped out in the second week of December, so for those who haven't visited, next year it is. The lilies here are beautiful with a rich hue of magenta.
Beautiful field with Aambal flowers. Awesome. Every year, August to November, you can enjoy the beauty of Red Water Lilly. Come early morning - 6 AM to 9 AM. If you came after this time, you cant view the beauty and will be very hot. There is a small boat (Vanji) to go through the field.
Such a beautiful place within kottayam town itself. You have to go there early morning otherwise the flowers will droop by noon. There's boat ride available there for 75rs per head. They will let you pluck the flowers directly and you can take home a bunch of them with happy faces!
Here we can experience an awesome wind at evening. We can find Lots of plastic bottles in the water, that giving a bad experience. There is only one shop for tea. Online payments not acceptable
