When I was thinking to write a review about the staff behavior and customer service, I was thinking may be, I was the only person who had such experience with the staff. After reading the reviews I had understood that they indeed don't provide good customer service and are very rude to customers. How better a shop/business is customer service and how you treat your customers is very important. Hope they change that behavior. As a consconsistent customer for the past 3 years I can't tolerate this anymore. The staff at the women section are very rude.

The staff is so reckless, they forgot to pack the dupatta along with my dress and when I visited the shop and questioned the response I expected is not quite good ,when I myself went to shop once again (it costs me time and money) . The lease they could do is apologies and they didn't even bother to

Worst customer service..Very worst attitude of one male person..don't know whether he is the owner or sale person but he is arrogant..People who have self respect cannot tolerate this shop..

Aakruthi Boutique is located on the main road of Lakshmipuram just opposite to Hollywood and Bollywood theatres. The shop is having a very good collection of trendy and traditional women wear specially for youngsters. The prices are also catering to all sections of people from affordable to costly range. There is wide range of choice to choose from. A visit will not disappoint for sure. They told that a saree section is also going to be opened shortly.

I wisit 3times I experienced 3times bad receiving and the staff is does not know how to treat a costomer ,and manager also rude behaviour ,not only me soo many costomers are verryed about manager behaviour .really it's A bad experience

We have visited this store multiple times during our trip to India, and the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. They care about the customers. Store has huge collection.

Worst experience with the shop and the owner..they don't give the products that you purchase..they misplace your products..they say that we gave.. idiotic people..is the owner...

Very bad experience I had never faced before.the staff are very rude no proper behaviour towards customer. They are feeling as they are IAS aspirants .better not to recommend others and not to visit again.i have never seen such a worst behaviour any where.
