After visiting the project i get know that the UDS given by aakriti is better than compared with the surrounding projects
The adjacent road of Akriti Miro is shared by other gated communities and villas and downstream of the colony on daily basis. Every night after 12 the Miro team releases drainage water and flooded cellar water to the adjacent road, road has been fully spoilt with big ditches by this illegal activity after midnight. They have been requested to stop several times but no change or basic common sense to not cause trouble to neighbouring resident groups. When other communities approached for road repairs or new road share, they declined stating they dont use the road so they have no share into this but daily releasing of drainage water is done, how shameless can someone be to stoop to such level. Imagine the behaviour of builder releasing water after 12 since no one will observe. Shows how ethical and trustworthy is this Akriti group already. Adding to above, even a bunch of the residents are alwayssss peeping into balconies of adjacent society & flats, especially the last block center flats...its like they are living their life in the balcony only sitting in the swing all day but not living in the flat, the minute you observe that they are staring into your flat/space/balcony, then only they will leave the balcony or stop staring or close the balcony door. Almost zero privacy, no manners on respecting the privacy of neighbours, name sake gated community but no such guidelines on society standards and unwanted behaviours of residents. Pity the owners who brought the flats.
The builder doesn't have engineers who complete building with quality. All seepage problems at homes and also from pillers. And they don't respond for the complaints too! Careful while buying!
Please don't invest your hard earned money into this waste project. It has leakage and seepage issues. Construction quality is very poor. I purchased flat in A block and cancelled it due to mortgage issues. Please don't waste your money and valuable time. Anyone have any doubts in this project, they can message me.. please select the right ones.
Huge gated community with garden, swimming pool, club house, gym and kids play area, basketball court. The flats are spacious and has huge balcony, one of the best in class designed towers. So happy that we got pocket friendly ready to move in flat. They also helped me with my home loan. Aakriti constructions has one of nicest staff who understands our needs. Miro is one of the luxurious project in Nallagandla. Just go for it.
A fine gated community with close to 4 blocks of apartments with all facilities within the complex. Beautiful ambience. Good place to live. Has lot of the basic Amenities like gym, tennis court, Swimming pool etc. Good location view.. Aakriti Miro location was awesome and it will be the heart of the city soon. Hope they construct it on time with high quality as always. Main attraction towards this project is it is exactly backside to 2300 acres Hyderabad Central University as it will give pollution free and refreshing vibes.
