Nice colony. Wide, well maintained roads. Houses are small with very small rooms. The plots and houses are highly overpriced. Suitable for black money earners only.

Secured campus. It is located at the outskirts of the city Bhopal but it has all the required amenities close to it. Public transportation is also available. The campus is clean and well maintained. The infrastructure is good. It has cement roads.
The only problem here is, they have their private electricity dpt. Which creates a lot of problem. You can't submit bill online. You need to go to the office to submit the bill. And moreover if there are some issue related to supply, it takes few days to fix it. Immediate action is not taken. But all the other aspects are really good.
This place is very peaceful and have a good ambience. And infrastructure. A little far from city but worth living there.
