AAJ HAVELI BY LEVELUP - Hotel in Udaipur - Udaipur, India

We recently visited this hotel. They have a great service. Rooms were neat and clean just same as shown in the pictures. Staff is very courteous and helpful. They provided us with transport and other required facilities. Lake pichola and other lake shore were nearby.

Rooms are great and awesome. Service is not so good as expecting. Location is inside so difficult to bring four wheelers and car parking is not possible near hotel, otherwise ambience and other facilities are great.

Environment, service, welcome, cleanliness everything was perfect. Mr.Surya and team has served us very well. International guests can rely this place easily.

Very good ambience inside rooms, nice and clean. Food was great. View of Lake from roof top restaurant is a bonus

Pros 1. Rooms were in very good condition with really good interiors. 2. Food at the rooftop was really top notch. 3.The staff was really friendly especially the manager Mahesh. Cons 1.Even though it's close to many tourist attractions, the property is inside from the main road. 4- wheelers cannot enter. 2. Should put proper signs for the hotel near brahma pole for easy access. 3.Wifi does not work.

Location is worst. No one can reach on his own. Car cannot come near hotel. Car is required to park 700-800 metre away. Moreover swimming pool pics are shown and also confirmed by them on call. But on arriving they told that pool is in another property. Think twice before booking.

Pros 1. Beautiful Rooms and interior (Rooms always smell nice when you enter) 2. Staff is very polite and welcoming (AC was not working fine on the first day, they were kind enough to provide another empty room for the night and got it fixed next day) 3. Views from the rooftop restaurant are very aesthetic (There's always a cool Breeze flowing) 4. Super Clean Washrooms 5. Regular room service (on demand) 6. Food was nice, can be improved. 7. City Palace, Jagdish Temple, Bagore ki Haveli, Gangaur Ghat, Ambrai Ghat are at 5 to 10 min ride 8. Wifi speed is good. 9. Have locker in cupboard for valuables. 10. Reminder for pre-booked meals. Cons 1. Located at 450m from Brahmapole between narrow alleys (Not that much of a con if you only plan to travel through twice a day). Also views from jharokas are just houses. 2. Provide bike rent service (more expensive than average market price) 3. The deluxe and executive suite have same amenities and are almost the same size. 4. Breakfast Buffet menu is almost same every day. Dinner menu has very less options for pre-booked meals

Worst experience. In future I will not stay here even if it was free for me. Full night street dogs are barking out side, I can't sleep whole night. Wifi was not working. Even TV was not working. They had no cable connections. ONLY FRONT DESK STAFF IS GOOD. MANAGEMENT IS POOR. GM HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY.
