The restaurant looks good , however the service is not that great
I've been here and they served idly with cold chutney and there was no sambar
I had even ordered the vegetable pulav , however there were no vegetables in it.
It was just plain coloured rice

They've charged 20 for an 15 rs water bottle that shows specially packed for IRCTC.
When I asked about the same, they didn't speak. Pathetic staff and food quality. Worst ever. If there's a zero rating, I would definitely give these guys the same. Every item is priced excessively.
Terrible and rash staff. Happened to visit this place today, bought a coffee and an ice cream, it tastes yuck and when I asked the staff, they started yelling saying it's none of our business to care. If you needed you can contact quality walls who sells the ice cream. Please avoid visiting this place until you are fine to waste your money.

Food is not bad. Sitting arrangement is ok . There are two entries. One from outside railway station . And other from inside railway station. Fare is moderate. Tiffins , meals and drinks are also available. Snacks items are also available. Chilled water is available.
