Aahar Biryani Centre - Biryani restaurant in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

Ordered Alu Biryani and Chicken Chaap, price was Rs 100 and Rs 80 respectively. Quantity of rice in biryani was sufficient, unfortunately taste of chicken chaap was worst ever as well as Lucknow biryani. No Spices-salt was inside the chicken. For providing dining services they should appoint new men, because most of them r too much busy to pack the order for delivery.

This outlet has literally lost his charm, yesterday I went to get some food from here but the staff was really rude, and It is not the first time I visiting here. Sorry but visiting again. BIRYANI RATING 2/5, STAFF 1/5. It was indeed really good. Lots of my childhood memories are associated with the biryani of this place. But now the taste has also gone down.

The taste is not good, too much dry. The chicken was not boiled enough and totally tasteless. The fun thing is that they have distributed leaflets for the last two days in our location for their birthday, but when I visited their shop a 6.00 p.m. in that time they declared that mutton biriani was not available, they only had chickens. If you don't have the capacity to serve your customers properly then why have you distributed the leaflets for the last two days? According to me, it was just a cunning business trick to attract customers. Try to improve the quality of the food, customers will definitely love that, and no need to give any discount to attract.

When I have visited this outlet this was a non ac place but now they have made it an AC outlet which is a big relief in Kolkata's weather condition. This is my honest review that Aahar Biriyani owner has tried to maintained their flavourful and aromatic biriyani with light texture of spices. I have literally taken extra rice to eat and finished it. Rice was sufficient. Potato was nicely boiled. Mutton was really tender and juicy. I had asked for a Rewaji piece of mutton and they gave it to me. Extra portion of salad was provided. Ambience is really nice and this place is really good for a quick catch up for family friends & couples. Staff behaviour I have found on the nice side. Cold mineral water was served so 240 rupees for a Mutton Biryani is justified from my side. This place is now a must recommendation from my side. One of the best Kolkata Biriyani at Madhyamgram.

It's a biriyani shop just beside Madhyamgram station . Here you will get the quality biriyani ar reasonable price. I can say that it's better than Oudh even. As you will get a biriyani from Oudh at around Rs400/- whereas , here you get it for 110-230/- max. So, just TRY THIS for sure.
