Aagani Gudda Nature Stay - Resort hotel in Hanbal - Hassan, India

Location was good and view to hill , well maintained garden area food was very tasty and delicious staff was gud , but at room toilet has to be maintained well clean

I had communication with resort Owner,he was good but here i want to highlight that The resort manager CHETHAN GOWDA was so rude and he is unfit for hospitality field,he doesn't know how to treat the guest , totally he was arguing for each and everything, I requested him to give the food which item I wanted but he was so rude and said that u have to start from the beginning and will not give u what you want I don't who's the owner of this resort... He spooled our night party... Had communication with owner for driver charges,owner was clear about the payment but at resort chethan was arguing that we have to pay 2000 for driver stay ,I don't what is his mentality... I request the resort owner you will loose your valuable customers because of his attitude towards guests. Very bad experience I ever had and ever fought with resort manager for food. This is no his home ,it's a resort and you have to keep guests happy till the checkout

Located in a beautiful place, rooms and services are awesome. The food is very good and the short tracking gives a cool relaxation. Cost worthy

One of the best and beautiful resort to spend our vacation. Cool weather along with we received a cool, good service by Manager Chethan and his team. All 3 times the food is really tasty and big thanks for the neat service. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean and even whole resort also more spacious and filled with greenary everywhere. I recommend this place for vacation. Thanks !

The homestay was a disaster from start to finish. The host was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the room was dirty and cramped. The bathroom was shared and also not clean. There was limited privacy and barely any amenities provided. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and disappointing experience. Definitely not worth the price."

Home stay,place,food and hospitality was really good. Much recommended to visit. Best place for one good break.

Visited the resort with my families and friends last friday. The location was awesome!! But The rooms were not clean, bedsheets are not washed properly and rest rooms were pathetic. Service was poor. Food was good. They definitely need a lot of improvements in terms of service. The place is not well maintained. The inhouse activities are rustic and look like they've not been used/maintained for quite a long time.The quality of service provided for the price charged is pathetic.
