I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was very poor and pathetic. From check-in to check-out, there were multiple issues, and the staff seemed indifferent to guests' concerns. I do not recommend this hotel based on my unfortunate stay. My stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The service was abysmal, reaching new lows of incompetence and indifference. From rude staff to subpar amenities, it was a regrettable choice. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this establishment.

One of the worst/pathetic experience I ever had. I had booking confirmation on the Oyo app and had option to make payment online or at hotel. I wanted to check the hotel before making payment. I reached the reception 12:15 pm the person at reception forced me to make payment at hotel because it had higher Price than Online. Then rudely the staff said to wait for 2 hours before checkin as I had made the payment online.( Note - Nowhere it was mentioned that I had to wait for two hours after making payment online). The room had bad odour and it looked shady.The bathroom walls were broken and not well maintained no hot water or proper facility. When ever I called reception for hot bucket water or drinking water, they would ask for money everytime. Even while checkout when we had to load our baggage at the trunk people came to help just for the sake of some tip, even though we denied for help.It was a nightmare and terrible experience. Never booking hotels through Oyo app.

The rooms are nice and clean but the stuff's behaviour was very poor. We went around 1 pm, there was no free room, but the manager made a deal the day before that if we would stay for 5 days, he would offer us reasonable room for 1600 INR per day. The next day we went, there were another person in charge. The available room were definetly not worth the money. We were discussing this, and she mentioned that she couldn't offer better rooms for this amount of money, which we found ridiculous. At one point, she also mentioned that she would ask her colleague why he agreed to the deal for less money. This was very offensive and rude. She could just politely refuse to give any room. She should focus on her people skill. Very poor service. Not recommended at all.

Very Poor experience . They have changed more than the offer online. The room service and condition was very bad The A/c was not working The washroom was dirty having lots of leakages from the tap and shower. The mattress was not comfortable even though they offered very dirty and non-hygienic blankets. The total experience wasn't good. The manager's behaviour was good but after so many requests they didn't change the room. I'm not going to go there next time

First thing they don't allow guest to meet in their room if the booking is done online, washroom was below avrg, irritating sound from ac, inappropriate behavior of front desk staff. I stayed here for 5 days and everytime security guards was asking about room number .

Stupid hotel after flying 20 hours when going for check in . I have bed experience 4 months ago booked hotel room through Agoda payment is done. When I'm arriving for check in denying to give room. The story is .... This guys giving my room to others people with higher prices room rates. They do not know what is contract of commitment uneducated people. All hotels and bookings association must black listed this property.

Last time I am stayed here.......room is good and well maintained.. Ac and tv properly working...and bathroom also clean... only inbuilt kitchen is not available so that they cannot provide various types of food...but they can provide food as their availability

Worst hotel ever stay..Please dont stay here..They are asking tips forcefully...They are not provide towel...their staffs not proffesional for hotel industry..they act like come from slum area...their rooms full of flies...bathroom very very dirty..room also dirty poor quality...bed, pillow and blanket also very very poor quality..
