Check your room properly before you check in, because every room has a deficiency due to average maintenance, although good capital amount has been spent. One room doesn't have shower, other room didn't have proper water supply, third room didn't have remote. I also didn't like the room TV service. Only YouTube. Very polite and smiling staff.

Though the hotel is very good in terms of maintenance, cleanliness and good views, the customer care service is pathetic. The restaurant is too expensive.

Very pathetic service, Manager and receptionist works if they have mood to work and time to work, then only you will get room and bills at check out otherwise you just have to sit and wait in lobby for your bill, after 10PM at night there is no room service if you want water you have to come downstairs and collect water bottle till 11PM only, if you stuck in lift by chance then you will be stuck for night, worst hotel with pathetic service in Kolar, Karnataka.

Very impressed by the Cleanliness, Cost, Ambience, Room Facilities of a 3 Star Hotel and Courteous Staff.. Food is awesome, very tasty n tingling your taste buds and with Variety.. Restaurant staff are very polite, well mannered and responsive. Unlike any Hotel's n Lodging adjoining the Highway, a cherishing n lasting memory for me.. Got to experience on my return journey from Tirupati to my native. Thank Staff n Management Kudos to all of You, Best Wishes

Very clean rooms with AC, Huge parking space available, Very good service, I love the view of the highway.
