Aaditri villas in Kollur and thier other prelaunch projects are a big scam. I am one of the victim and recently exited from this villa project. They don't have land, so far they didn't show neither DGPAs nor sale deeds of the land to any customers that itself is sign of scam. Some investors waiting since 2018.This is most unethical company playing a smart game charging 15% booking amount in the name of prelaunch project and trapping lot of salaried employees saying they can go for loan for 85% loan when the project gets launched and unfortunately keep investors waiting indefinitely. STAY AWAY FROM AADITRI and THEIR AGENTS. Don't lose your hard earned money, the least that you get is your principal back after so many years and they will use your money to buy lands.

Started loosing out trust in this company, they promised and mentioned about wooden flooring for master bedroom(Empire) but they are not mentioning it in Sale agreement. When asked they are saying we will include it in sale deed and more than 3000 customers are already taken the agreement and we don't want to change it only for me. Am I asking anything out of promise? Why are they not sticking to their promises. I wish this should be the 1st and last one. By the time of possession don't know in how many thing they break their promise. If you are giving what is the issue in mentioning in sale agreement why I need to wait 3 more years for sale deed? Nonsense is this management issue or sales person issue?

Too slow with work, almost 3yrs delay from the promised due date. Keeps on changing handover date

No response after you pay the money.. almost it has been 1 year and no progress is found..they keep on calling till money is paid and then they don't send any response about construction or approvals

Major delay in handover, more than 3 years

It's very difficult to find the office. It is actually a residential building. So, it is difficult to spot it as it is at the end of the street that is not properly marked in Google Maps.
