Pros: Neat and well maintained lawns and gardens. Expensive. Cons: Not many choices in Morning Breakfast. Better to have your food outside. No extra bed provided but will charge your for extra person even infants. Rooms are okay, but air conditioners are leaking shabby rooms.

Dear Friends, I spent two days and one night in this resort recently, and here is my review. I have a few suggestions for those who book rooms at this resort. Kindly bring the following things when you check-in. 1) Food and snacks for the time you spend there. Because, their Restaurant doesn't serve proper food, no buffet, no options. Even the complimetary breakfast is just one item, I got half cooked idly in my room. And no restaurants nearby too. 2) Bed sheets and cloths to spread in the bed, the sheets on bed were dirty and full of dust. 3) Good room freshener and cleaner, the entire room was smelling bad and stale and full of dust. The room was big but was looking as if a ghost house. 4) Electric kettle, milk and tea powder if you will need tea, we cannot have it from their restaurant. 5) Enough water to keep you hydrated, their room phone is not working, if you want anything, you have to walk to their office and talk. Please see pic of phone. 6) Good antiseptic, every where is rust and termite, see photos. 7) Always come in your personal vehicle so that if you need to go, you can go immediately, because rented cars won't reach there as we want. Their boat is damaged and it won't run, so no boating, if you need boating, you need to pay 4000 extra. Their AC was not working properly, only its fan was purring, but no cool air. TV was the old CRT monitor, with a damaged connection. The pool is not clean, and no one is there to take care of it. In all resorts they use at least bleaching powder after 10 at night, here no one even comes near the pool. So in my suggestion, it's a nice place for a bachelors drinking party (of course I saw many guys drinking inside the resort in the open places, not sure how they allow that). Its never a place for your family and kids. Happy Staying @ Aadithyaa

What a wonderful peaceful place ! How I enjoyed to stay in the villa with its huge bedroom the comfortable luxury bathroom - always hot water of course - the terrace is a lovely place to rest and to enjoy a cup of tea brought from the servants at any time.... while watching the palm trees blowing in the wind.... and the pool is sheer delight .... already early morning after sunrise to swim and rest afterwards on the lounge was fantastic. The food one can choose. ... I loved the vegetarian food and the cook and all the other servants are very kind. Internet is provided from morning to evening .... the massage was good and to relax in the garden and just do nothing but breathe in and out the beauty and quiet helps to relax completely. A wonderful peaceful place to stay..... to walk through the huge garden or sit at a bench and look at the lake..... body mind and soul can come to heal and rest.

Its an awesome place to stay. Atmosphere is so awesome, good climate, boating service is there, homely place Ayurvedic center, yoga facility is also there. Nice place to enjoy with family and friends

A very nice resort on the banks of Ashtamudi Lake Beautifully maintained lush green lawns cover most part of the resort. It has got water frontage for the whole land,the staff the really good and provides facilities like ayurvedic massage and house boat One of the finest and highly recommended place in Kerala to stay and enjoy its beauty

The worst experience ever had in a resort. The service provided by the boys are quite happy. We booked a villa cottage which has one big room with attached bathroom and another room which is supposed to be the corridoor space which was later converted into a so called room which itself spoiles our mood at first sight. As specified in the mail they have provided us 3 additional cots in which 2 are set on the floor with the lowest quality pmattress which made us even more uncomfortable. And the most irritating part is that they charged 2 least quality mattresses and 1 on the bed the same charge, (remeber the fact that you are suppose to get all the 3 on equal arrangements) and the bill for these 3 are extremely high and the managers are least bothered about anything happening on the resort. Basically you should not expect anything. The breakfast is complimentaty in which you should not expect tea or coffee for free, they charge additional amount for that. You get only idly as compliment. The worst experience anybody will ever get. Its better to go to a minimum of a 4 star resort where you get best rooms for the same amount with excellent service.

Ambience is good. But maintenance of facilities is really poor. Food quality is also not upto the mark. It's local food at five star rate

This Resort is not working from last so many months.But still its showing in all leading booking sites. I made a mistake booking for this resort.
