I booked single room with queen bed. They have joined two single beds and gave me. It was very uncomfortable. Day 1 room service we ordered noodles, they've served fried rice. Room service was bad. Room cleaning was not done for the period of stay for 3 days. Firstly, i used the hotel's recommended cab service for transportation. Unfortunately, the driver charged a fare significantly higher than what is typically expected for the distance. I was surprised and concerned about this discrepancy, as i trust the hotel's recommendations for services. Secondly, the spa services were also a source of disappointment. The rates charged were considerably higher than what was initially communicated or expected. This disparity has left me feeling unsatisfied with the overall value of the services provided. Worst hotel you could ever check in, I stayed here for 2 days and the service was pathetic, No rooms service, no response from anyone from reception or from room service. On Day 1 my room Tv was not turning on so I called the front desk and asked for help no one even bother to come to room and check the issue. Order food they took more than a hour to send food to my room. Breakfast has no variety and no table to sit. On day 2 there was no hot water, when informed to the host they simply said just turn on the tap for 10 min and you would get hot water, did that still same issue and again host did not bother to resolve the issue. No proper parking for the hotel , no amenities besides the Swimming Pool. There are ants in the room, just horrible hotel Overall
This resort is located in extremely remote area which makes the travellers frustrated. The road are not constructed properly and are very narrow. This so called resort is approx. 2km away from the main road and due to its locality our cab driver denied to take us to nearby by sightseeing places. As a 4 star resort I had high expectations from this place but gave 2 stars due to the location. Even toilet papers/ tissue papers are not kept in the room. Not recommended to stay in this property.
The rooms are great but the service is very bad. I kept calling for a water bottle but either they didn't answer or after answering didn't bring the water. Washrooms don't have any space for hanging clothes In some rooms there were no hangers in the cupboard too and they didn't bring even after calling. I stayed for a night with family and had most of the arrangements self made for food water etc. so it was pleasant else it would have been pathetic.

We had a wonderful experience at the resort overall. It had a decent amount and quality of amenities. Location is far inside from the highway. So going out and coming in is bit tiresome. Good is good enough. We stayed there for 3 nights. Staff is friendly.
The location makes the stay very peaceful, however the rooms aren't maintained well. The walls are dirty, the bed linen was filthy and the taps were broken, shower wasn't working. Pool not maintained either Staff is good and very helpful. They need to have more options for kids in the menu as well as play area. They dint serve hot chocolate or Bournvita, neither their buffet breakfast had any item specially made for kids. Food was tasty and hospitality was good overall.
We were 16 people booked 5 rooms for 2 nights at this hotel. The hotel is located near Kovalam beach (4 km) but the approach road to hotel is very narrow. We were really not happy with the service they provided. In morning water was not coming in the rooms and no one was picking up the call while we dialled reception. In morning, staff denied to provide milk and said that all staff are busy in breakfast preparation. Insects were there in the room and even after complaints, no one came to resolve it. Our homemade snacks was wasted because of that. In general rooms were clean bathrooms were clean but service was not up to 4 star hotel. We handed over keys to reception and asked them for cleaning, but the message was not conveyed to cleaning staff and cleaning was done after asking for it again. During cleaning new soaps, towels, and water bottles were not kept and we were again required to ask for the same.
