Worst service & very high labour charges. I've given my vehicle for repair here & honestly feedback I have done inspection at every stage of repair and found the following, 1. Corrupted people 2. Using parts that are not in good condition (even if the new part is damaged they use the same for repair). Complaint this to the AGM but they r asking for an excuse at every stage* 3. Improper water washing - they are not repairing their washer machine if it is getting repair. (After improper water wash they spray the wax and hide the uncleaned areas) 4. Not using proper/experienced people for repair, body shop work, cleaning. (They made lots of scratches in the car, did not use proper microfiber cloth and used the same cloth for both tyre and body wiping) 5. Without alignment and wheel balancing they charge for the same. 6. Without checking the vehicle, they give my vehicle for test drive for delivery. (Tells lots of lies) 7. (Important) They r delivering the vehicle post 5 PM, because customers can't find these at night time, and can't say to take back the vehicle for repair. 8. Speak bad about customers when they inquire about vehicle repair quality. This happens with body shops (Mr. Kumar and team)
I took a Baleno .. Service details not provided...I had to follow up for Number plate...I was thinking of taking Jimny here, but based on the customer service I am going with the Namakkal Showroom!! Really Bad Service!!
Great experience with baleno and quick delivery within a week. Delivery experience could be better like metro cities! Staff gopi was supportive and done delivery as committed! However some accessories are to be made available all time in showroom! Service section and showroom still under development. Service is the main part! Let's see.
Treating and responding to the customer is excellent and Sales Executive Mr. Gopi was a good person and he take care the customers in good way.
