Minus 5 star if available. We have purchased a new car. Found some fault. When we went there they are not accepting the complainant. They said ' It is normal and now a days all the new cars have the problem. Every car has the same issue, so it not a problem.' What a fantastic answer from a company service center. So guys please think before approaching them. The manager is thinking is the owner of the entire country. We should obey him because we have purchased a car and have to go to service the car only there. They want to fool us. They only knows about the car. We are fools.

A beautiful and cozy cafe in Kotagiri. The food was just too good! And the desserts and hot chocolate were lip smacking. The couple who runs the place were too sweet and hosted us like their own kids. Definitely would recommend 5/5 !
Best place to stay in Kotagiri for a relaxing experience. The caretaker Mr. Graden is exceptionally good at tending to the guests and I should say we got more than we asked for everytime. The food is delicious and our favourite was the chicken roast!
