Fake service by Mr. Kadam Update : I also bought ring and mangalsutra bracelet from this shop which turned black within 10 days. Mangalsutra bracelet broke within one use. While selling salesman sold it as daily wear jewellery and when we went back for servicing, he totally denied it saying " apne carefully handle karna chahiye, ye sab delicate hi rehta h" If this is the case then why sell it as every day wear jewellery Also he literally asked me to pay 1/3 price of the selling price just to fix the broken part which was one small hook at start Very bad at customer service I would not recommend buying Jewellery from here They sell it like anything to you but don't fall for their salesman's words

I did not like the experience with this shop, i went to show my old stuff bought from this shop, it was black in colour and bangles lock was not fixing, asked them to check If anything can be done, they showed ways to adjust the bangle and asked me to clean it on my own with Colgate powder. I wish I had not gone to this shop and bought another product just cause we had good experience earlier. And yes truly said the owners has no patience to hear customer coming at their shop.
