Best ladies fitness centre in Kollam. Very friendly and Qualified trainers help in daily workout and help us to maintain the diet plan. Zumba is one of the best. I had knee pain and it got reduced after few days of trained workout. Now it is easy for me to climb the steps. Join here you won't regret the decision.

This is my first time experience at a gym. It has been one month since I joined.My main aim was weight gain and to improve my core strength which was down following the pandemic. So I opted for a personal trainer. I gained around 5 kgs in the past month and I can already feel an improvement in my core strength. My personal trainer is 100% professional and very helpful. The overall ambience of the gym and the gym mates are also very supportive. I would strongly recommend the gym.

My personal experience wasn't great. The approach by the owner and the trainer is not professional (yells at the customer and patronises)and they also BODY SHAMES.I don't know if the owner is professionally qualified enough to give dietary advices but the one that she gave was very unhealthy and lacked a lots of nutrients(she encouraged crash dieting)
