Date of Stay: 15 Aug 2023 I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at A3 Empire hotel , and I must say that while the overall ambiance and amenities of the hotel were decent, my stay was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist. It's truly disheartening when a single staff member's attitude can overshadow the entire impression of a hotel. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was met with an indifferent and almost dismissive attitude from the receptionist. Despite my attempts to engage in a friendly conversation, I was met with monosyllabic responses and an apparent lack of interest in helping me. My questions about the facilities and nearby attractions were met with vague answers, leaving me feeling like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. Even more frustrating was the issue I encountered with my room reservation. I had booked a specific room type well in advance, but upon check-in, I requested them for early check-in, first they said you have wait then they said by paying additional amount you will get Early check-in. Even after lot of discussion and paying of addition amount the receptionist waited us so much long. After awaiting so long I got the room for my family. The lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by the receptionist was truly disappointing. In a service industry where guest satisfaction should be a top priority, I expected a much higher level of customer service. The receptionist's demeanor left me feeling frustrated and unheard, tarnishing what could have been an otherwise enjoyable stay.

If you cannot manage bookings from oyo, then remove your hotel from the oyo platform. I made a prior booking on oyo. I had a long hectic journey and reached your hotel only to be rudely told that the rooms were sold out. If you're selling your rooms separately, why list your hotel on oyo? Dont make your guests suffer. Dont let your image fall so easily.
The worst hotel ever. The hotel manager and his staff were really nasty. They collected part of the payment and earlier provided a bogus confirmation of the availability. When checked in, they denied. Please don't book this hotel; your experience will be terrible and you will have to look for the other hotel at the time of check-in.

The card they provided had an improperly written number, leaving us unsure whether it was meant to be 506 or 504. Consequently, we tried opening room 506, only to discover someone else's luggage inside. Hoping for resolution, we proceeded to room 504, but to our surprise, it opened as well. It appeared that all rooms could be accessed with the same master card, which led us to presume its nature. However, when the staff eventually sent us the correct card, it failed to unlock room 504. This led to a series of exchanges involving master cards that alternated between success and failure. Unfortunately, throughout this ordeal, the staff's behavior became increasingly rude. They questioned why we had opened other guests' rooms, and upon explaining our predicament, their response turned to vulgar insults, even questioning our education. Faced with such unprofessionalism, we had no choice but to promptly leave.
Room was good but Room service was horrible or you can say no room service... Breakfast with room tariff was worthless.. Timing of breakfast was 8.30 AM to 10.30 AM if you take your breakfast at 10 AM and ask any item during your breakfast after 10.31 AM they will tell you that time is over. Every day u ask for Bath towel, Room Cleaning as well as room water which provided on daily basis with the room tariff. I can say if yau want good roome then its worth paying but don't expect any service from the hotel..
It's a great experience staying here. I've come back for the 4th time. Mr shubhankar is the manager who's extremely helpful. Amazing experience.
