Location is good, too close to national highway/city bypass, spacious and very well planned specially in cities like muzaffarnagar.

No body let children to play football in the park and water problems
Good society with many parks and greenery, only problem is that lt is located in outer part of city and thus commuting is problem.
Nice colony but not to much highly standard. Colony is slightly away from main city, so you have to face trouble in daily activities. Also the drainage system of the city is not good.
