Firstly i joined for only for one month
After seeing the gym facilities and nature of trainer i extend my gym membership
I got my back hurt baldy in the gym and the worst part is that the owner didn't take any responsibility.. He hired some unprofessional trainer and due to that I'm not allowed to workout for next 5-6 months.. Won't recommend to anyone
If you have knowledge of workout may be then you can go otherwise please don't risk your bodies with such unprofessional people they will not even help.
The location of gym is perfect as it is present on-road. All the gym machines are of high quality. Batches for activities like yoga, zumba are also scheduled daily. Gym atmosphere is encouraging and personal training is provided by Akshay Bhaiya(Gym Owner) itself. He is the best fitness trainer and a certified nutritionist as well.
Also the gym has its own canteen for post-workout protein meals.
