a1000yoga academy is the best yoga studio ever! I recommend it highly for not only the TTC, but even their ongoing evening yoga classes. Their teachers are brilliant exceptional instructors, we were incredibly lucky to have them teach us. They know exactly how to push, support and channelize each student. Each class is meticulously designed with care to build onto the previous class (so if you miss a class, you know what you are in for) , there is exciting new stuff to learn, both in theory and practice and they are always ready and willing to help. I'm so happy I chose 1000 yoga to do my TTC, because they are very authentic and sincere in their teachings of Yoga.

I am very glad that I joined the 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training course .Yoga for me is a journey to myself. It all began with the focus on physical Asanas but gradually through the practice I started to notice, awareness has expanded greatly. From observing the breath while holding the posture to observing and experiencing life in the very present moment. So then I realized, it's a constant transformation of Self-being that goes far beyond the yoga classroom. I continue discovering great qualities, joy and blessings through yoga practice. I feel myself in the infinite depth to the teacher who across my way and share his knowledge and experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I joined a1000 Yoga to learn and deepen my practice. I was not very sure of Teaching post the course. Now, that I have completed the course, I not only feel so ready with my own practice, but also intend to teach!! The Teachers, Bincy ma'am and Indira Ma'am were great teachers. Their personalities also an inspiration of how a Yoga Practitioner should be! Teachers, management and Pradeep are very inspiring and motivate to learn the practice efficiently and effectively. The almost 4 hour commute everyday did not seem an issue to me at all!! So glad I trained here.

The course was organised so well it was way beyond my expectations. It was very useful to understand the philosophies behind everything. I can now connect with every aspect of my yoga practice. They have really great teachers and very well designed course . I would recommend it to anyone who wants to do a teacher training or even just understand more about yoga .

a1000yoga is an excellent academy with well qualified and experienced teachers. Currently doing my 200 hrs ttc , the way the teacher's teach about asanas and philosophy of yoga is very knowledgeable and clear about their ideas, thoughts and well explained. This course has changed my path of life. Would love to have a long journey with a1000yoga. I highly recommend this school best place to learn and explore ,no second thought.

The teachers at the academy are very professional and completely knowledgeable :) especially with the alignments. The yoga philosophy was thought very well in RYT 200 hours TTC.. makes you more enthusiastic about yoga.. may you people have many more studios throughout the city :)
