Good shop for watch repair and purchase.
The shop is opposite to IIT. Is it not expensive to repair your watches. The man who repairs it is very gentle and kind. He is not rude. He will be available all day except Sunday. It is not a big shop but he will repair glasses to battery changes. Do not expect big repairs of branded watches.

Terrible after-sales service. The "warranty" is just name sake. I got a metal watch strap that lasted only two months and then the spring broke. I was told it would be under 6 month warranty. After going there, the shop keeper told me that because I wore the watch in the wrong way, the metal pieces have bent and the lock was broken. I honestly do not know what is a "wrong way" to wear a watch. Will never go to this shop again and also advise others not to go. Bad service!
