I just loved it! So comfortable in non AC semi sleepers. Gleaming enough You also have a charger port and water bottle holder near the seater. But I need lots of improvement when communicating with customers. Need more patience.
Travelled from Chennai to Coimbatore on new Bharatbenz chase and prakash capella edition bus. It was comfortable and fine. However the ac vents were not properly positioned the body sound where heard then and there. The management should not also encourage staff to board the passengers near the bus stops to fill the extra seats which is time consuming as well as for security reasons.
While booking so many amenities were shown but only few were there in the bus for eg they showed mobile charger in the facilities provided but when I plugged in my charger it didn't worked and I enquired the staff about it and they told me that it won't work
Non AC bus from CBE to Bangalore was good. Punctual pick up, comfortable berths. But A1 Travels waiting room at 2nd street corner in CBE is insufficient later in the evening. Please also improve your announcements. Please post a guide to take people to the right bus when multiple buses arrive.
Worst experience... Driver is very rude. Not safe to travel in this operator. Driver is telling that if u questioning me I ll upset the bus or ll make a major accident. Can't imagine this driver mindset.
Couldn't give a review without rating, so giving it a one star. Worst bus service for carrying your luggages, they won't worry about the passenger's luggages and goods but use it for their own purpose. Clearly a parcel service done in travels bus.
This service provider is least bothered about promised timing. Always expect consistent delay of 1.5 to 2 hours. This is not a travels service. It's a parcel service. They stop in all bus stands for 20 mins for dropping parcels. Comfort is near zero.
I would choose essar over A1. The last time that I travelled from cbe to Pudukkottai was the worst. The sound of the brakes tire the ears off and the driver was so rude.
