Gym is very good & it's comfortable for girls too . It's very spacious. Also the trainer in the gym is good & very big thanks to Sushil sir he is very nice , supportive & goal oriented. Sir helps us to achieve our goals & motivate us.
1)Gym space is pretty huge and equipment quality is good. 2) Has certified trainers who have great knowledge about workout and diet. 3)Within the gym, there is a supplement store where we get good quality supplements in affordable price. 4)Very comfortable and secure for ledies/girls at any time. 5)Clean drinking water and hygienic restrooms available.
Good place to start your fitness journey. All the equipment are brand new and whole place is clean and beautiful. It gives you motivation to push your self everyday. I also like to mention about Ashraf sir he is always supporting all the kids and teach them, very friendly nature and keep students motivated and let them push the limits
Gym trainers are very supportive. Mainly Sushil sir is best trainer ever. Flexible time to everyone morning 5:00 am to 11:00 pm. I would suggest this is Titwala's Best unisex Gym with all latest facilities and equipment.

A3's gym is one of the best workout gym in Titwala. The trainers Ashraf Sir & Ajit Sir are very well specialised in strength, CrossFit, Cardio which help us for giving proper guidance. Also the space and equipments are very well managed for doing proper workout. Do vist the gym don't sit get fit ....
