Poor service and unruly behaviour. I have been shopping from A1 from long time. Recently i shopped for swimming costume. I took an expensive one thinking it's quality will be good. After wearing for just one time, it's thread got damaged and the material gave away it's strength. I visited with assurance that it will be exchanged. When i spoke over there, they told there is no guarantee to the material which was not informed while buying. The behaviour of the owner and staff was very very bad. They don't respect the customer.
