Nice and good rooms available here and it is located very near to north railway station. You can easily acces to any places from here. The attitude of reception staffs are very good when i visited this place hope every time they were the same. You can get hot water in this place. When ever i visit kochin for official purpose i choose this place. They are providing rooms for reasonable price.
The receptionist behaviour was too ugly as if he is giving accommodation for free service. Staff not accepted the Masked Aadhaar when I said it's valid they denied. Need to sue these kind of hotels where the staff & Admin team itself unaware common things for checkin. And that gay receptionist Mr. Bijoy, don't even have common sense & ethics to treat the guests. Don't stay here my personal experience. Faltoo ke paise waste hotel for stay.. I suggest beside there are many hotels to stay with better price than this.
It's located very very near to Ernakulam north railway station. Not worth for the money. Rooms are not clean and there were mosquitoes inside the room.
Yes , I faced following issues.
1. TV no working from check in TO check out....
2. Any emergency unable to contact respection
3.bath room need improvement for cleaning part, since small will come.
