Very narrow and small rooms. Merely accommodate a queen sized bed. Too old structures. Consisting of many blocks and each block contains four quarters. Basic amenities available like 24x7 water ( though quality isn't and TDS content is very high), electricity, line gas. One shouldn't expect high. Approach roads are narrow and residents make it narrower by making their own extension. No proper garbage disposal. Overall a total unplanned service in modern days provided by ONGC to its employees. Atmosphere is peaceful, good for families.
Very poor quality construction. Rooms are too tiny. And the colony quarter are very congested. Flood is the main issue in summer. Even a single whole night rain can cover the roads with flood water, which tooks a complete sunny day to dried up. Quarter have only one bed room, which can contain only one queen size bed with a almirah. Not at all good for families with kids. For batchelors its ok if allotted for one single person. Almost 80% of quarters are damp. All of the quarter needs renovation or reconstruction.
Comfortable for staying of a small family consisting not more than five to six members...rooms are small so you can't put to much furniture inside ...Parking space for four wheeler ...24X7 water & LPG
Quarters are a bit old , yet the service for any repairment is quick and efficient . Peaceful environment prevails . All the facilities are available .
