A S TOURIST HOME - Hotel in Kochi, Aluva - Ernakulam, India

The room was filled with dust and dirt everywhere.When I entered the room, it was filled with heavy cigarette smell, with cigarette ashes here and there, hairs were all-over there.The pillows and bedsheets were too old, damaged and were filled with dust and dirt.No amenities were provided by them. There were no water, bath towels, soap, brush, paste, shampoo...The toilet was unflushed and it was having match boxes for smoking. The bucket and cup were too dirty, more pathetic than public toilets.Me and my wife had to sufferThe hotel is not suitable for families or people living in good conditions.You will get infections and other diseases, if you stay under such circumstances.

It was a very stay I came earlier but they accept chick inn without any additional charges. The man who in receptionist was very kind. All is well and very near by Aluva Railway station 200meters only. Thank you

Very rude, no proper hospitality. Tore off my luggage. No lift. Very small rooms. Hot water need to be bought by us from ground floor to first floor. Not welcoming at all. Don't go especially with family.

This hotel is (AC) not working properly please don't West your money room is very small room this hotel Room all ready check in room just relax but i am not convinced I am see the AC. only Air coming Not cooling Then I am combined chegeged Next Room. sem AC not working properly I am check out fast this hotel . So please don't Go this hotel.

Experienced a night in AS Tourist Home. The receptionist and manager was very friendly. I booked a single bedroom non AC. Unfortunately the room was in road side and the vehicle sounds are little bit distracted my sleeping. The room size feels very small. Facilities includes a Television in room. Location is very near with Aluva metro station. Just maximium 5 min vehicle ride. When we compare with prize, the room is enough good.

I recently booked this room for an exam. I was first expecting it to be a normal small room. But when i saw the room it was beautiful and clean. The bathroom is clean, it has a nice view. It is close to both metro, private and ksrtc bus stand, and railway station.

only reason for that 1star is because of the polite and nice behaviour of the receptionist. total waste of money. I paid 1100rs for one night. Not at all worth. WiFi is mentioned as a amenities,but WiFi doesn't work. Bed is not at all soft. Even 500rs hotels provide towel, shampoo,paste, brush, soap. This hotel even after charging 1100rs does not provide any of those items. Last but not the least, no Hot water for bathing. This hotel should charge 500 for non AC and 650rs for A.C. please don't book here

Good facility. Washroom was neat and tidy. Moderate spacious room at Ground floor. Near to Aluva metro station and also Aliva Railway station.
