Rates are good. However only 1 powerplug avl in room. They don't have any restaurant so getting food is a challenge. No towel given the 2 day stay here. Staff is very good however.
Better the. Horrible word is required. Nothing as shown in pictures while booking and I believe it is not verified. Small glimpse.... Lights are not proper. No intercom working. No tv working No wifi working No towels Unhygienic beds , pillows and smelling from them. Fan runs on full mode only. No handle on taps, only super hot water is coming.its like you take bath or no bath.
Worst rooms and worst service. Receptionist attitude levels are peaks. Better to avoid this hotel.

I attended engagement function 2 days back at A R Grand hotel. The hotel has ample parking area, large lobby and reception space. The vegetarian lunch is excellent and the banquet halls on 4th floor are well maintained with twin rooms adjoining the halls. The toilets need more cleaning
Rate & Maintenance is good. Staff is too hard to believe. Be prepared for surprises (Sarcasm)
Really a bad experience. They don't even attend guests properly. Moreover they don't have any place for dining, they use the Biryani House back entrance for the breakfast and breakfast was also really bad. In terms of neatness, I would give them 0, as the lobby was too dirty and even the rooms were also not so clean. We had to wait for 3 hours for the rooms even with an advance booking. A horrible experience. After reminding them for at least 7 times for the hot water in the morning, they didn't responded. They literally wasted our half of the day. Except the location of the hotel nothing was ok, So if you want to enjoy a low experience then go for it.
Except location, remaining all services are very disappointed. No water available No heat water. No room service. No Facility in the room. TV not working. No cleaning. No experience receptionists.
